DESCRIPTION

The goal of this research is to create a design strategy framed around improving pedestrian and transit experience. This research analyzes neighborhood mobility hub studies with extensive documentation of their processes, learning, and outcomes. Not all the precedent studies could relate directly to the tropical urban context, therefore, the present research aims to support walkability goals, provide necessary shades, and propose the evolution of future mobility hubs in urban Honolulu specifically.
